Following the conclusion of the second round of the Swiss stage, the sixteen teams will be divided into three groups: the 2-0 group, the 1-1 group, and the 0-2 group. These three groups will then undergo a fresh draw to determine their matchups.

On 17 October, Group 2-0 matches will be contested (BO3 format), with the victors advancing directly to the quarter-finals. On 18 October, Group 1-1 matches will be played (continuing the BO1 group stage), followed by Group 0-2 matches on 19 October (BO3 format), where the defeated teams will be eliminated.

The third round of the S15 Swiss system will determine which teams advance and which are eliminated.
