Siegel: Following the signing of Russell Westbrook, the Kings now boast one of the most formidable line-ups in the league.

According to Shams, free agent guard Russell Westbrook has agreed to sign with the Kings.

Subsequently, US reporter Brett Siegel commented: "Following the acquisition of Russell Westbrook, the Kings now possess one of the most formidable lineups in the league. This squad boasts a combined 20 All-Star selections, with seven players possessing at least eight years of NBA experience. Yet, as the 2025-26 season approaches, the Kings still face numerous questions."

Last season, Westbrook played for the Nuggets, appearing in 75 regular-season games and averaging 13.3 points, 4.9 rebounds and 6.1 assists per game.
