Guidance Needed: Opening a Company in Guangzhou – Do You Need a Degree?
Hey everyone,
I’m planning to open a company in Guangzhou, China, and was hoping to get some guidance from those of you who’ve gone through the process or are familiar with it.
I heard that you need to have at least an undergraduate degree to open a company in China — is that actually true? Or is that only relevant for something like a work visa?
Also, I’m curious — does having a higher education degree (like a master’s or above) offer any benefits or incentives when starting a business there?
Lastly, if a degree is required at any point, do they only ask for the degree certificate, or do they need the transcripts as well? Would your transcript grades impact the type of company u get to make?
Would really appreciate any help or insight from those who’ve been through this. Thanks in advance!
