What's there to discuss? It's like knowing there's feces in the water—you wouldn't want to keep drinking it! Scientifically speaking, if dilution is harmless, then Japan should simply dilute it to a safe level and feed it directly into their water supply. That would solve the problem completely! Why discharge it into the ocean, letting marine life ingest it, only to sell it worldwide? Yes, scientifically it's safe! But people know it's contaminated with radiation—psychologically, it just feels wrong!!!
